Who We Are

Rusty Wilson
Rusty has over 15 years experience as a transactional attorney and business executive. His expertise includes collections, coding rules, dispute resolution and contract drafting, negotiation and review. He was formerly Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at America Online and an attorney at the Boston-based law firm of Hale and Dorr (now Wilmer Cutler Hale and Dorr). Rusty has a BA from Yale University and a JD from Cornell Law School.

Bill Cosgrove
Bill has over 15 years in accounting and financial experience and is an expert in medical billing, as well as physician financial reporting and internal controls. Utilizing this expertise has allowed Bill to improve collections for numerous physicians and to streamline their financial operations. Prior to Practice Partners Bill was a consultant for large financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, advising them on their portfolio companies in financial distress. Operationally, Bill was the CFO of an early stage start-up enterprise, leading the financial and human resources of the company from its inception to its eventual sale. Bill has a BA in accounting from Notre Dame, has an MBA from Villanova and is a CPA.
